Chandra was the Blind King's cook. She helped Jason and Rachel on their quest for the Word. By ringing a bell twice you can summon her.
Seeds of Rebellion
When Jason goes to Fortaim, he picks up Nedwin, Galloran, Dorsio, and Chandra. Galloran said they need to set off for the Seven Vales. When Jason gets reunited with Rachel and Drake, Chandra starts teaching Rachel some Edomic words. While in the Sunken Lands, the group gets attacked by grullions. Chandra and Tark get dragged down deep. Chandra speaks Edomic words underwater, saving Tark's life, but she doesn't find the strength to save herself and gets killed by grullions.
