Mianamon is a place deep in the southern jungles where a temple is located. In Seeds of Rebellion, the characters learn of a prophecy from the oracle there.
At the beginning of Chasing the Prophecy, several of the characters are still staying at the Temple of Mianamon to train. In Rachel's case, she is training with Edomic. The others, such as Jason, are just training to fight.
